Missouri is a Beer state. Wisconsin tried to do the same thing a couple years ago. That was when BABY BEER was tried then. It was a success for parents of children who had teething problems. Unfortunately keggers at the preschool-level got out of hand and the product was removed from store shelves. Soon Wisconsin went back to the 21yr old rule.
