I agree. I even sublet my apartment in college during semesters I wasn't there (co-op student), leaving half of my things behind.

I also lived in my "temporary" post-college apartment for over 3 years, and then bought my current house, a "starter house" which we have lived in for more than 15 years.

Without a doubt, if there is a next house, it will be our last!
